Bombs

I went to a second hand bike shop and the owner checked my bike. Then he said: "Your bike needs to be repaired. If not, you have to avoid bombs!".

Me: "Sorry?"

Owner of the second hand bike shop (OOTSHBS): "Avoid bombs!"

I never know that a bike need to be repaired to be bomb-proof. Not even a new bike is good enough to withstand a bomb explosion.

Me (chuckle): "I don't think I get what you mean"

OOTSHBS: "You know, when you're riding... there might be some obstacles..."

Me: "Oh, you mean bumps?"

OOTSHBS: "Yes, bombs"
